It has been kept in my under aquarium storage area.

You can let it work from the bottom of the intake or easily open the middle intake for mid water filtration. I am selling it only because I am moving soon and want to lighten my load as much as possible, it is in new condition and has never been used.

One does the job very efficiently. I bought two when I set up my aquarium a year and a half ago thinking I might need two because I had it fully stocked but that has never been the case.

Just change the filters once a month bandit will keep your water clean and fish healthy.
